The Academy of Music is a store that has the beginner in
mind. We have reasonably priced instruments from electric
guitar packages to 5 piece drum sets. We even offer specially
sized instruments for your little ones. For the more advanced
player, we offer instruments and equipment you will need to
play live shows, or even for those who just want to jam with
friends in the garage.
All of our instruments and accessories are inspected for
quality before they are put out for sale. If there's something
wrong, we don't sell it. There are no worries about quality,
unlike instruments you can buy off a discount store shelf that
are in a box,or from auction sites where you don't know what
you're getting until you're stuck with it. At The Academy of
Music, you can play it BEFORE you buy it! If you can't yet
play the instrument, we'll play it for you! Another benefit is
that you are told and shown what you need to know to get
started successfully .
Don't play a rock instrument? That's O.K.! We have band
and orchestra instruments too! Not only that, but there's a
variety of used instruments for sale.
Need some extra dough? We buy used instruments too! Not
just guitars, but ALL instruments. We also buy used computer
equipment, CDs, and stereo equipment. Bring it on in and get
a fair price!
Sometimes parents are leery about whether or not their child
will stick with the instrument he or she chooses. At the
Academy of Music, there's no need to worry! You can rent
band and orchestra instruments on a short or long term
basis. If the child decides not to continue with the
instrument, there's no harm done! The Academy of Music
also rents P.A. and lighting equipment. This is especially
great for bands that are just starting out, and don't yet have
the funds to buy what they need to play a show.

reeds to music stands- we have what you need! If you don't
